It’s Never Too Late for Senior Photos | +3 years
Katie is almost finished with her bachelors degree in something similar to physical therapy or sports fitness or athletics, or something like that. She confessed that she hadn’t had any senior photos taken back in high school . . . . we took some. We even talked her sister into joining her for a few frames. These were REALLY fun and prove that it really never is too late for senior photos . . . . why do we need an excuse for great photos? Perhaps we photographers would really appreciate another landmark event to give us an excuse to make you guys look good. We’ll call them “Anytime Portrait Sessions.”
Kelsey Dies | Senior Photo Session
Kelsey is in show choir at Beech High School. She found us online and loved our work so we scheduled 2 different days to shoot . . . . one day downtown with her beautiful classic corvair and another day in a more scenic, natural setting. She’s all smiles and so much fun to interact with! Her red hair simply glows in the sunlight and we had an awesome time working with her!
Hayden’s Senior Photo Session by Chelsea Rochelle
I drove to Centerville, TN to meet up with Hayden and his sister to do a senior photo session. We had a fun day and I got to meet the newest member of their family, Scout, who is an adorable Brittany Spaniel. He even snuck into a few of the photos!

When Hannah’s mother called us to schedule her photo session, we were excited to meet her, as always – but had no idea that they lived less than a block away from my house! How funny – and what a small world. Chelsea Rochelle and I had fantastic evening shooting these images, and look forward to Session #2 coming up next week!
Lillian | Senior Portrait Session | Second Shoot
This all-smiles, bright and beautiful senior was so happy with our first shoot that we decided to follow it up with a “back-to-nature” second shoot much further out of town on a beautiful farm in Gallatin, TN. I used this as an opportunity to change my style up a little bit and go for more of a “dreamy and natural” look.
Lillian | Senior Portraits
Thank you Lillian for being such a pleasure to photograph yesterday!! I can’t wait for our next session and want you to know that you’re absolutely delightful to be around! I know you’re going to have a blast in California at UCLA and hope that you spread your happiness to all those around you!! These shots were simply my quick picks – there are so many more wonderful images that i can’t wait to give you after our next session!
Introducing our Senior Referral Program

Are you a high school student who loves photos? Perhaps you care NOTHING about photos, but simply want to make some extra money this year. If so – we’re always looking for high school ambassadors. What is that, you ask? Its a fancy way to describe someone who passes out cards and talks about how great we are at shooting photos with to all your friends, and for every one of your friends who books a shoot with us, you make a $15 referral fee. In some cases, you can earn back the entire price of your photo session!
We’ll give you some cards with YOUR name on them and if you had as much fun as we did at your photo session, it will be easy for you to share the word with your madly-jealous friends! Know a group of people starting a band? We can help them too!
Contact us now to inquire about whether we have any ambassador availabilities at YOUR SCHOOL.
Or, as always, find us on facebook to discuss more options!

Clinton | Senior Photos Murfreesboro TN
Thanks so much Clinton! Chelsea and I had a great time shooting these with you – here is a quick preview of some of our favorites from the shoot! You were a great sport and we enjoyed every bit of the session! (/plug) Clinton contacted us and said he was very interested in having me shoot his senior photos, and that he loved his jeep and was very active at church – we came up with more than a few images with this simple formula – - – here are a few to check out from the shoot!
Mckenzy | Senior Photos Murfreesboro TN
Mckenzy is the sister of my good friend Ryan and we had not really met prior to the shoot we setup together, but I must say we had a great time and shared lots of laughs as we scavenged the late-day sunlight for “out of the hat” locations – See for yourself!
Senior Photo Tips | Portrait Photography Nashville TN
- Get plenty of SLEEP- you want to look refreshed and alert, so make sure you have at least two night’s worth of decent shut-eye.
- HAIR- if you want to cut your hair, do so two weeks prior to the shoot. This way the cut will look more natural. To shave or not to shave: it’s up to you. Feel free to come with a full beard/mustache/ gotee. You can shave them off for different looks
- Clothes-Avoid patterns. Popular trends include worn out jeans, earth-toned tops, and jackets (don’t forget your school jacket). Make sure your clothes are a reflection of YOU and your style.
- Accessories- BRING PLENTY! Mix and match earrings, bracelets, hats, and necklaces with your outfits.

- MAKE UP- ladies, make sure you have everything you need for touch ups including makeup, hair brushes, and curling irons. Apply makeup evenly and don’t worry about blemishes (we’ll take care of that) Also make sure to bring along lip gloss or chap stick to make those lips pop!
- Bring a FRIEND along- They will ease any nerves you may have about the photoshoot AND they can join in on some pictures if you prefer.
- PERSONALITY/PROPS- Bring items that reflect your personality, hobbies, and talents. This can include instruments, sports equipment , cars, pets, etc.
- SMILE AND HAVE FUN- Don’t forget to show off those pearly whites. Practice your smile in front of the mirror a few days before the shoot and get comfortable with it.
